Indoor Class Requirements:
We will provide instruments for indoor classes though you can also bring your own if preferred. Our instruments will be disinfected between classes. Outdoor classes please bring your own instruments. Homemade instruments are welcome.
Makeups: If you miss a class, please schedule a makeup through our website within the semester. Make ups may also be carried over to any semester you are registered in.
Do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your class begins or remain more than 5 minutes after class.
Provincial or Regional Closures: If the Toronto Regional Health unit or province regulates class closures or requires that we make changes to our program delivery due to COVID-19, we will either move all in-person classes to Zoom or Outdoors, depending on the situation. There will be no refunds or credits due to these changes in program delivery.
Refund Policy: Once confirmed in a class, an administrative fee of $30.00 will be deducted for withdrawals if cancelled up to one week before the session begins. Families are responsible for class attendance. No refunds are given after the current session begins. There are no exceptions.
LIABILITY: To the extent permissible by law, I/we hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise hold harmless and indemnify Fun With Music Together®, it's owners, officers, directors, teachers, employees and associated personnel, from and against any and all demands, claims and causes of action arising, directly or indirectly, from my family's/child's/ward's participation in it's programs.
